One of the most unique aspects of holiday corporate events is how photography can become part of the experience—not just documentation.
Earlier this season, we photographed a holiday open house for a local real estate office. The goal wasn’t just to capture the event, but to give attendees something meaningful to take home. Families were invited to take photos with Santa, and we transformed a section of the office into a small studio setup to make that happen.
While we photographed each family, our assistant worked in real time—selecting the best image, making quick professional adjustments, and printing a high-quality 5×7 photo within seconds. Guests walked away with a finished print suitable for framing before they even left the event.
To extend the value beyond the day itself, all images were delivered within 24 hours in a branded online gallery. This allowed attendees to download, share, and post their photos on social media, giving the client extended brand exposure well beyond the event.
This type of workflow—on-site production paired with fast digital delivery—is something more companies are requesting. When done correctly, photography becomes a takeaway, a marketing asset, and a memory all at once.
